Stratford Factory 1 & 2
New high rise twin tower residential development consisting of 30 levels developed by MACE. This was a unqiue project using a ‘Jumping Factory’ construction method. We also successfully managed to pour 1000m3 of concrete in single pour for the substructure. Concrete placement consisted of 11,000m3 with 40,000 m2 concrete finishes was required.
